Hi there! I’m Juliet, a professional pastry chef from Argentina with a passion for creating delicious treats that bring people together.
I grew up in a close-knit Italian-Argentine family where food and family traditions were always a way of showing love. Some of my fondest memories are of my grandmother, who had a deep love for sweets. Her joy and my passion for baking became the inspiration that led me to pursue this career.
I began my culinary journey at 19, and by the age of 20 I was already working in my first bakery. Since then, my dream has always been to open my own bakery. Over the past 14 years, I’ve dedicated myself to learning, growing, and gaining as much experience as possible in the pastry world.
I’ll never forget my first job when they told me, “Here, we make everything from scratch.” I remember asking, “Is there any other way?” That philosophy has stayed with me ever since. At Juliett’s Bakery, we believe in using high-quality ingredients and making everything from scratch with care and passion.
